Immediate Staffing Nursing Agency LLC was founded in September 2021 by Ebony Hardy, RN, BSN. I had completed several travel contracts, caring for very ill patients in the ICU setting in several states, including New York, Texas, Memphis, Mississippi, and California. Being very reliable and dedicated, I received a phone call from a colleague who was currently the CNO of a hospital, informing her of the disaster her own community was in, which is located in Mississippi. After completing my last contract in California, I immediately flew home to help my community. With 10 years of extensive nursing experience, including director of nursing, and dealing with many scheduling issues, I was knowledgeable about recruiting nurses. I formed my own staffing agency, Immediate Staffing Nursing Agency LLC, and began to staff hundreds of healthcare professionals within 2 weeks of formation. Since then, Immediate Staffing has been a success for many facilities in the delta.
